Affirmations to Heal an Empath

Today, we will be completing affirmations that are intended to bring empaths healing, proper boundaries, and high vibrations. This video is a part of our Empath Master Class Series. If you’re an empath, you already know that you uniquely experience the world. Empaths have the innate ability to feel other people's emotions as if they were their own. This allows them to understand people in profound and intimate ways and heal emotional pain.

Although empaths have the unique ability to feel other people’s emotions, empaths can pick up too much from others energetically. Empaths typically struggle with taking on the weight of other people’s pain and problems. They often over-give, people please and tend to be overly agreeable, thus leaving the empath exhausted, overwhelmed, and lost. 


These affirmations have been specifically chosen to help and protect empaths as they learn to hone in on their abilities and learn to create firm boundaries.

We will complete 15 affirmations today and repeat each one three times! Repeat after me, and open your awareness to any thoughts, feelings, or emotions that arise. 


And now we shall begin…


  1. Just for now, I choose not to take on others’ pains, problems, and emotions. 

  2. I acknowledge that it is not my responsibility to save others. 

  3. Today, I choose to acknowledge what I want for my life without outer influence. 

  4. I cleanse my energy of all that isn’t my own. 

  5. My worth does not depend on how much I give. 

  6. My intuition is talented at picking up information about the world around me. 

  7. Just for now, I put myself first. 

  8. I am not going to make everyone happy, and that’s ok. 

  9. I release all shame and guilt about not making others happy. 

  10. I give the responsibility for others’ well-being back to them. 

  11. I receive energy that is of the highest good for me, and I protect myself from all other energy. 

  12. I choose to listen to my intuition instead of second-guessing it. 

  13. I am treating myself with the love that I give out to others. 

  14. I free myself of all emotions that are not mine to carry, and I willingly give them back to their source.

  15. I allow my healing light to radiate and shine brightly like the sun.
