Body Positive Affirmations| “My Body is Beautiful”
 

Hello Moodlings, my name is Dr. Nicole Lunan, and I am the CEO and Co-Founder of MoodMe, a new app that allows you to share 400+ moods and emotions with your lover. Thus, making communication simple, fun, and super easy. 

 

Today, we will be completing affirmations that are intended to heal your relationship with that wonderful body of yours. Do you catch yourself being mean and picking yourself apart as you look in the mirror? Are you consistently comparing yourself to other people, especially on social media? With the pressure we put on our bodies to look a certain way, most of us have created a war between our minds and bodies. With the ability to have filters, photoshop, and edit our bodies, some of us are left feeling like what we were born with is not enough. I want to emphasize that you are enough; in your most natural and raw state, you are beautiful. It is time that we reclaim our power over the relationship with our bodies, and we will begin by completing these affirmations.

  1. Today, I choose to be patient with my body. 

  2. I choose not to compare my body to others because I am uniquely beautiful. 

  3. When I look in the mirror, I appreciate everything I see. 

  4. I am sending love and gratitude to every cell in my body. 

  5. I love my body, and my approval is all I need. 

  6. My body is not an object to make others happy. It is my home. 

  7. I choose to love my body in its most natural state. 

  8. I choose to speak to my body with gentle kindness and appreciation. 

  9. I let go of any judgment and criticism I have against my body. 

  10. I allow my body to speak to me and tell me what it needs. 

  11. I release all insecurities and grow comfortable in my own skin. 

  12. I am grateful for what my body is capable of doing. 

  13. I forgive myself for not being kind and loving to my body. 

  14. I choose to let go of others’ judgmental comments about the way I look.

  15. Today, I choose to repair and heal my relationship with my body
